Did you remove the fuel lines from the tank or fuel pump?

Check every fuel hose - make sure it is actually connected to where it is supposed to be connected.

Also check that the pulse line from the crankcase is connected to the properly nipple on the fuel pump.

You may have reconnected the fuel tank hoses incorrectly. Make sure the fuel tank return line and vent line are connected properly.

we never disconnected any fuel lines, we had it up to have it panited the bottom, it started before we proped it up and when we took it down it doesnt....

    Well, work through the basics.

Something simple will turn out to be the issue - you just need to find it.

Even if you didn't 'touch' anything, something may have fallen off, got kinked, or been pulled on while handling the hull.

    Tank has fuel?

    Fuel selector valve is ON?

Check that there is no air leak in the fuel system from tank to pump.

What do you mean it 'wants' to start?

Any possibility of water in the fuel tank?

If you disconnect the fuel return line, and crank or prime-start the engine, do you see fuel coming out of the return line?

Air leaks are tricky to check for. You can try applying modest air pressure (just a few PSI) to the fuel tank vent fitting, then spraying soapy water onto the hose fittings and such, looking for bubbling.

ok, here is what we got so far, all it does is burns the fuel that is in the chambers, i have fuel coming to the return line, maybe getting too much gas but it is not blowning out the carbs, had it started and ran three weeks ago, dumped fuel in the carb and didnt get it start, my guess it is now flooded, and it is now backfiring.... did i miss anything lol
