I know this isn't a big deal for most of the guys on here with all of the experience they had, but over the last few weekends DONRXT and I have pulled his motor and rebuilt his pumps after a washer failure. We pulled the bottom off and cleaned everything out. Proud to say we got it all back together and the 04 RXP ran great the first time out after the rebuild!
Don has some balls letting me help him out. When we started the journey he barely knew me. I had rebuilt mine, but it is still sitting on a crate waiting to be dropped in the GPR hull. Don's motor was my first start to finish project.
thanks to don i haven't gotten anything done for myself... JUST KIDDING.
It was a great experience and i'm stoked that everything came out as well as it did.
That being said, if any ohio guys are getting tired of jacked up prices, long waits, and bullshit answers from their dealers feel free to PM me for help. i have learned a lot and would be happy to help if anyone has problems on thir 4 tecs. These things aren't hard to figure out and with patience, help from GH members (more experienced than i), and an owner's manual most things are not worth trusting dumb ass dealers with. Oh yeah, you need all that and some torx sockets!

But our BRP HQ here says out skis are faster than the rest of the worlds..
Good going, it's a good feeling when it all goes right aye?
A good move is to buy all the tools, it really eases the way.

Stand up guy!!
I can't say thanks enough for all the help Paul has done for me. He has been real life saver, or should I say a big wallet saver. It does feel good to have that water test in today and have it all go good.
Our dealers around hear suck and it is real nice to have a people around here with this know how and after it is all done I can say it was pretty easy all and all.
Thanks again Paul you are a great friend. Looking forward to helping with that conversion of yours if needed!

Yep, I have the same things to say about my friend IBADTON I met here who lives about 20 Miles away. We have both read up on here and discussed many things, He has done many mods on his skis and has helped me and given me ideas and the expertise to do on my own.
Nice to have someone to learn from nearby and not have to wait on the slow dealerships!!

This is a great place to meet people that love what we love and want to learn and help others.

Congrats on the rebuild success. Now when are you Ohio boys gonna come out to Alum Creek with the Columbus Racing guys and tear it up? We are usually out there 2-3 times a week.
