    aftermarket reeds

Do they really make a big difference over stock? I mean with a 700 in a "couch" (slth) its not like its going to be a racer anyway, I'm just wondering if the extra 50 or 60 bucks is worth it?

I put aftermarket reeds/spacers in every 2 stroke toy I own and have owned. It is the easiest way to get a very nice performance increase for low end ooomph / throttle response and smooth, consistent and noticeable increased fuel delivery throughout the entire power band. Just be sure to check jetting/wash after changing fuel delivery, as always, just a heads up.

BUT, yeah, always beneficial, for sure...
