Angry RPM coupler setscrew heads are stripped and I need to get this cylinder off ASAP HELP

I'm open to all ideas since I'm damn near ready to just cut the powervalve rod to free the cylinder! I want to get the cylinder shipped out ASAP to get recoated. With the head of the one set screw facing the cylinder I don't see any way I could drill it out or use a screw extractor if I can even find one small enough. I'm gonna try epoxying or soldering an allen wrench into the stripped out head unless someone else has an idea for me.

It's the Mag side cylinder that needs to come off-
