What do you use to clean the chrome on the P-X?

I went on a lake that seems to left my machine with lots of little brown spots everywhere... I've washed them off for the most part, but the plastic chrome parts in the front of the ski didn't seem to come as clean as I was hoping. There are lots of faded spots... I've tried using regular soap and water, then I used a glass cleaner on it... can't seem to get those spots off... Any ideas?

try a glass media blaster a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water works good on salt deposits.....so maybe it'll work on those little brown spots...

I use simple green and delute the hell out of it, then come back with water only.
Other than a scratch or 2, the boat still looks new.

I use the stuff called never dull. Magic wadding polish. Its a cotton like wadding, soaked in a solution that smells kinda like diesel fuel, but works great. It comes in a round metal can.

http://www.nevrdull.com/ Usually discount auto, or Napa carries it.

Stop riding it in that sewer they call the Ottawa River and you probably will not get them anymore.
Like the other guys said, vinegar and water works well.

X 2. The garage stinks for a few days, but it keeps the boats looking fresh.

Meguiars #47 Hard Water Spot Remover.
It will clean off a years worth of Arizona baked-on hard water spots. Vinegar won't touch them, but the Meguiars will.

I don't use any of those products and we never get spots on ours.
We just spray them off with clean water and immediately wipe them down with a clean towel... no spots.
