    What is The unit of impeller measurement mean ?

    14/19 or 15/20 or whatever

    What The first number mean and the second .......

    and which unit they use ( mm - inch - ,,,,,,,,,! )

    No. It will be a 15/20 with 2mm added to the trailing edge.
