    Arrow Official Mustang Group: Who else has one?

    I sold my V6 project and purchased a GT and now starting the mod process all over again

    The rims I just ordered....


    So who else in here drives a mustang, what are your mods? 1/4 times?

    Right now all I have is the 1993 Yellow Special Edition convertible that we've had since 99'... it just got a fresh paint job and should be put back together soon. Its now a cruiser but from my street racing days it still sports:

    -forged 306
    -Ported Track Heat Heads
    -Custom cam
    -Track Heat intake
    -all the other supporting mods...
    -suspension (Upr, Metco, Eiback drag... blah blah)
    -AOD with Lentech Valve Body and 2800 PI convertor

    and most importantly a NX plate kit that goes between the intake halves

    sitting on some draglites... just a nice little low 11 second cruiser.


    I've had a few cool stangs in the last 10 years... 90 LX hatch with C4, TFS R headed 357 with 2 stages of spray (9.70 car on just the plate kit in 4000' of air in West Texas)... and my baby that I never should have sold... 2003 Dark Shadow Grey Cobra.... built live axle... 2.4 Kenne Belle with JDM cams... it was the most subtle 660 rwhp car I have ever seen!

    92 LX 5.0 convert. Second owner, parent's special orderd the car new. 347 stroker with GT40P head. Crane cam. AOD with 3.55 gears. Just a good daily driver.

    Mustangs

    Currently own an M5 but had three mustangs

    1998 GT (first car) - automatic, flowmaster, underdrive pulleys and cold air intake.

    1990 LX 5.0 (favorite car ever) port and polish, trickflow heads, trick flow intake manifold, long tube headers, xpipe, dumps, 3:73 geers, cam, cold air and more. Car was a beast.

    1994 Mustang Cobra 5.0 - Vortec S-trim SC, 42 injectors, headers, xpipe, borla exhaust, 3:55 gears and a bunch more. Car pulled 460 HP to the tires. Fun car.

    Just picked up a 2002 BMW M5 and going to start modding it. Sucks that the go-fast parts cost WAY more. Mustangs are my favorite cars

    HorsepowerFreaks, Active Autowerkes, Dinan will be your new best friend in tuning the M5......

    you should sell it, but an 03/04 cobra... slap a turbo kit and put 800hp down to the wheels

    Oh I am well aware of the 03/04 cobras. they are my favorite mustang ever built. They scream and look great too. I work for a consulting firm and go to meetings all the time, travel etc...modded stangs just don't work for me anymore..maybe down the road. I need something luxery and the M5 seemed to be the best of both worlds...about 400hp stock w/ 6spd gearbox...a cold air, chip and tune and you get a fair amount of extra power..and the inside is beautiful..
