    Best way to grind pump shoe

    I have found that using a die grinder works pretty good. What do yall use?

    why would you want to grind the pump shoe?

    Ah!! I mis read. I thought he was grinding the pump for plate clearance.

    Some of our pump shoes do not fit up in the hull evenly. Grinding it needed for a even .075 (or nickel) fit into the hull.

    i think he meant .075 i mean hope he meant.

    your pump shoe should not need grinding. if it's uneven then you may have a bend pump shoe.
