    Hot ride plate question?

    After a coulple speed runs ,I put my RXP on it's trailor and was going to screw the plugs out and touched my ride plate,it was hot. Like as hot as a bowl out of the microwave, almost burn hot...Is that normal??

    yep... that's normal... like 150+ degree coolant sittin inside that rideplate... when the ski isnt in the water there's nothing to cool it, so it gets real hot.
