    That sucks... maybe GH should have an automated mail purge after a set expiry date... and for the emails that need to be saved... if possible, have an option to keep older msg's after the expiry date has passed...

    Done,It's been getting alot of action
    I would delete all of them,but I have alot of info, and discussions there.
    So for anyone like myself,auto delete would suck.

    This is a small program to read downloaded PM's. I just tried it and it seems to work good.

    vBulletin PM Reader is a free utility for managing your private messages in different vBulletin forums locally. It imports XML files generated by vBulletin, parses all the messages, and stores them in a local database.
    vBulletin PM Reader can recognize BBCode formatting tags and smilies in messages and generate appropriate text formatting for them in its preview pane and exported HTML files.
    Different smilies sets could be assigned to different forum data files.

    If this is the same version I tried, it looses all the web links, photos and attachments, and much of the formatting.

    So I can see the text of the messages, but not much more.

    I don't know if that is a problem on the Greenhulk side, or the reader program.
