HA! now that I find amusing...

compare the RXP parts list, it's claimed speed.... then compare the RXT parts list and it's claimed speed.... seems the 3-seater hull is reaching it's point of diiminishing returns VERY quickly...

that means time to stop modding mine and sell the POS barge

HAHAHA!!! i am running those speed already (74.2) Gps tested (maybe a bit more in the stalker radar gun) in 90 deg air and high humidity weather @ 8450 peak rpms "two times in a row different days so it was not a fluke" with MY STOCK EXIT NOZZLE and NO pump wedge with a more smaller tweaked 4 blade solas 14/17R prop with only 9.5 pounds of boost and i am sure that i would break into the 75 MPH zone as soon i ditch my Riva 3" air intake for the bad a$$ 4" intake, (with my FREE glove box removed speed trix) fill my ride plate holes with marine epoxy (another FREE mod) not done yet add Jerry's ride plate skegs also (not done yet) and try the Riva smaller exit nozzle that they promote in their RXT stage III kit

Steve, i was also thinking the same as you before BUT not anymore, just remember that the moded RXP's are ONLY faster than our moded RXT's in smooth lake waters, in open ocean waters on anything above 4" chop the story is very different, i will try to post a video very soon of my moded RXT racing all the moded RXP's from my riding area and SMOKING them all exept the one from my buddy Israel Padilla with the Less Cooke "B" SC, you only need to do the mods that i have in my signature and be a lightweight 160 lbs rider like me and wait to race them when your RXT is very low in fuel, in reserve if posible

Ray... i am seriously considering it. What's holding me back? probably the only thing stopping me from putting it up for sale TONIGHT is the fact that i just paid to have my hull trued...

it's not that the RXT is slow or a barge or a POS... i love the thing and it freaken hauls ass no problem thru anything... just need a change of scenery i guess?

i need to crunch some numbers and see what my asking price would be if i were to sell my ski and see if i'd be able to get it.... if it comes down to that, then yes i'll have that carbon fiber seat up for grabs... have some decisions to make real soon...
