center cyl down to 100 psi
the other 2 are 150 if i broke a reed would that cause my low commpression motor only has 51 hrs on an was done bye richie at sharps or should i take the head off first an check piston

Taking head off easier first check imo. If no probs there go to reeds. What ski?

Even if the reeds were not installed, it wouldn't change compression that much.

That's a standard size piston.
YOU"RE ABOUT TO LOSE THAT PISTON!!!!!!
Notice the pitting/crater in the center?
That cyl is WAY too lean. You've barely got a TINY bit of wash formed near the arrow.
