Running without IC
What kind of losses should I expect running without the IC?? The problem I have is that I blew a coupler for my external IC and will not have a replacement till Monday and I am riding tomorrow.. Should I throw in the stock IC or run without. The temp tomorrow is going to be around 75ish..

Steve, I did a back to back test with and without just the stock IC and you def lose RPM`s...
if you can easily put the stock one back in until you made other repairs go for it...

I ran mine a while back nearly stock w/o intercooler and it still pulled nearly 70. I think I had no air intake on it, though. I'd say the stock intercooler is worth about 10 hp.

running w/out IC
I ran the San Francisco Bay Race last Saturday with the water to my XS IC shut off due to leaking IC. Could not get above 7000 rpm 58 mph. Still finished the race though.
