Thread: More speed for an XLL/XLT?

Want more speed out of my XLL
I want to get closer to an RXT's stock performance. I'm at 61 mph gps with the R&D plate/grate, PPK, jetworks, solas 12/18 (see my signature for more).
I'm looking at a Nujet or 05 pump and Dynafly and plate mods. Don't know the Pros/Cons for which to do first. Haven't gone to 150 psi head, as I can't trust family members that use this machine to use 91 octane.

Rejet the carbs. You can't turn a much bigger prop if you don't increase compression. And if you can't trust them to put good gas in there, how can you trust them to not do donuts all day on it and not run it into a dock? Make them ride the waveraider.

What's the scoop on the NuJet impeller?
