Thread: bolt recall?

    bolt recall?

After reading multiple threads on various topics I stumbled on a similar theme.

Flywheel bolt recall on '05 4-tecs.

I first heard about bolts backing out.....at least a year ago. At that time I understood the problem to be limited to highly modded motors. No?

    Was there a recall.....and I missed it?

seadoo do arecall and stand up for their customers (highly unlikely from what ive seen) i wish they do. I have a stock 05 scic and dread the day that happens.

No recall. From what i understand is you are ok as long as you are running the stock ECU, but if you ever take the engine out to work on something then go ahead and change the bolts.
