Take your plugs out and crank it over. That will push any water they may be in the cylinders out. Then reinstall plugs and run for a minute or two

thanks dude!!!!! are you absolutely sure to do this???? (i understand u cant compress water...) did water actually get in the damn cylinders?? ud think there would be some sort of valve protecting the engine if retards like myself messed up.....

just pulled plugs, cranked it two times. nothing flying out like water etc. i stuck my shop vac over the spark plug hole in hopes of getting any water and nothing. IS IT SAFE TO PUT BACK IN PLUGS NOW AND TRY TO FIRE UP????? I dont have a warranty or insurance.. lol

How long was the water on? It would take more than a few seconds for the water to back up into the engine.

no more than 10-15 seconds if that. What else should I do once I took out plugs and cranked two times. Maybe spray fogging spray in there then put plugs in and ride it???

It has to be on for about 2-3 minutes for the waterbox to fill with water....honestly, you are fine. Crank it up without the hose on, blow the water out the box.
