Update on my 1300
Well I have been out of town for a couple of weeks and my ski has been in the shop.
News so far is
Pistons rings are shot
Some exhaust bracket needs to be replaced ? (who knows lol)
Possible Crank Bearing failure (havent gotten down that far yet)
I am going to have them install my 2005 Pump and 14/20 while they have it. Im not sure if they have gotten to check the Reeds yet but I plan to replace them with VF3's if they are shot. What other "small" helpfull stuff can I add while they are doing this?

Did you ever bother to see what the original sales date of that ski was ?
Any yamaha service dept can tell you with the vin number.

91 will work, just use "super unleaded"

You're also at 1230 feet of elevation. You can get away with 91 octane.
