    Wrapping Stock Pipe

    I used exhaust wrap to insulate the stock pipe. The temperature really dropped under the seat. Ran it for about 3 hours . Nothing melted yet!

    Looks nice, seems to me thats what everyone is doing, paint it after it drys. I live in warren where are you?

    That's the gooseneck pipe from the exhaust manifold to the waterbox. I may be wrong, but that pipe shouldn't get very hot unless there's no water running through it.

    You are correct, that stainless pipe gets very hot
