    MD,
a great help to me, is the factory manual. Ask around, there are some soft copies listed.

-MATCH THE STUFFERS to the openings.
-YOU MUST USE GASKETS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ADAPTOR PLATE.
-YOU WILL NEED TO CUT THE ONES ON THE BACKSIDE OF THE CAGES.

On your 13r if you take off this part, then you can pull the old reed cages out and put the new ones in.

http://greenhulk.net/forums/showthread.php?t=9546 here is the link to download the shop manual. reeds are not hard at all, just make sure to pay attention to details , and no air leaks.

-The little plastic white pieces. those are the stuffers. Match them to that part pictured above.
-I just put my reeds in my carb'd 1300 today, and noted that the gaskets I got from Randy at Watcon.com do NOT have to be cut. If yours fit both front and back, then you do NOT have to cut the gaskets.
-Yes, once you have them in place, assemble it back together.

Talk to Carl at Island or Fernando at Speedpro. I thought I read on here that Kerry had something going too.

    Take the best price.
