Water Pick up for a 1988 WR500F
It looks to me that the water pick up for my ski is back by the jet?
I have a "fake a lake" which I use to run my boat when out of the water. Is there any reason I can't use it to run the ski while out of the water?
Is there any concern that if I turn on the hose before the engine is cranking that water will get into the engine?

it is pressureised by the jet ... there is a water plug at the back of the engine that gets the hose and water nipple installed ... yes the motor will be filled with water and hydrolock... on a wr it is nessisary to run on the hose with this sequence only...
