No reason you cant doit yourself atal. Lots of people on here wouldnt let there ski go anywhere near a dealer so do all work themselfs. At the end of the day it is only a 3 cylinder 12valve single overhead cam 1500cc 4stroke engine. Where in the UK you from mate?? Your best off working out what you need and ordering it from Jerry (greenhulk) as the parts will be cheaper from the states. There are lots of people on here that will help you thru. I myself dont have much expirience with the internals of the 4tec but dont be scared to DIY. When you say you blew it what exactly happened?? Did the SC go or is the engine dead?? R88

Did you blow your supercharger, and did after that the oilpumps get stuck with metal pieces?

    Or another reason?

Normal for these engines unfortunatly. Changing the washers in the SC to metals will norm save the damage. You need to get the engine out and strip completly. Make sure every part of the engine is spotless, You are gona need new oil pumps, maybe timeing chain. Possible damage to some of the cylinder head. Basicaly strip it, clean it, inspect it, replace it if damaged. Dont take any shortcuts, it will bite you in the ass if you do. If you have some knowledge f engines then you can doit fine. I think you can download the manual from some place. Hope that helps R88
