come on guys. 40 people have looked at this and no one knows if their ski uses oil. I tried to do a search but oil does not have enough letters in it to search. I know turbo engines use a little oil. If it has a problem I would really like to take it back in warranty. Thanks in advance.

I would check in the intake to see if your getting some blowby from the hose that goes from the engine to the intake. to check the easiest place would be the rubber boot that attaches to the super charger intake see if it is oily in there.

My RXT uses very little (The level very slowly falls as the season goes on) so I've not had to top it up between oil changes. (25 - 50 hours) but I know some skis do. My old GTX NA used a couple of mm on the dipstick per run, and I know my buddies RXP needed topping up after about 16 hours.

It just seems to vary between skis

Two dealers that I have asked about it have said that they do just use some....

    Edit:

I took it in for the 10 hr ck and it had used none, but in the last 35 hrs it has used a little over a quart. That is over the last 4 weeks.

yea it seems like a lot to me also. I will call the dealer today and what time frame it will take to look at or fix. If it will be a while I will wait till ridding season is over. I hate to pay that much for something and not be able to play with it, But hey stuff happens its just man made.
