Start by getting rid of the stock air box and put on some Flame Arrestors.

Mill your stock head for increased compression to around 150 psi that will help with bottem end.

drop your leading edge impeller pitch a bit (nearer to a blaster2 pitch), to let your engine run in the upper power band out of the hole... it will give you major water pressure out of the hole and in the rough.. get a two bar top load to make sure you keep a load of water in your pump...run a bigger diam nozzel to push out more volhume..get an extended or sho modifyed metal steering nozzel for safty and more control in turns and riugh stuff.. my 2 cents

how do i make the nozzel bigger?

    Cool

if I were to setup ski for killer bottom end
call impros or skat-trak and ask them about a swirl prop
send the head to Lowell or Jim's performance and ask to be cut for pump gas
    of course intake grate
    re jet carb's
set of v-force reeds with spacer
send cdi box to pro-tec and have them mod it, for advance timing or maybe some one can offer advice as to offset key
    electric bilge pump

    later cd
