    recommend Radar for 46feet fishing boat

    Hi guys,,
    need help on choosing radar for my boat
    used mostly for fishing, travel far
    i was looking at:
    1. Furuno NavNet 1824C/NT vx2 Radar - C-Map NT
    2. Si-Tex Koden T-941 4kw 25" Radome Radar

    i did not know anything about radar, so guys please help.
    if i choose FURUNO, do i have to buy a map in order to use the Radar?

    i live in indonesia.

    I like Furuno stuff, High quality and good screen,

    Garmin is easy to use w/the auto guidance function, but I dont know if they have it available in Indonesia, as it requires the G2 vision card to work.

    BTW what kind of boat? pics?
