    SLT 700 top end rebuild

Ok, so the top end rebuild is about to do down shortly. Spoke with Zigler and I need to take apart the engine to see what caused that metal flake to go into my cyl and screw my piston up. Now heres my question, how much could I bore the cyl without having to buy a whole lot more diiferent parts from stock?

Go the least amount of overbore you can.It will save room for doing more later if needed. max overbore won't gain that much performance differance.

The 96-97 SL & SLT700 used the same cylinder and heads. Hurricane was different.
The important question to ask the seller is the actual size of the cylinder ( if it is exactly 81mm bore ) and possibly the part # 5131081.
Parts can be looked up here; www.partsland.com
