    RIVA "Shorty" WaterBox Ques.

Considering a RIVA shorty WaterBox for my RXP and removing the RIVA through Hull Exhaust Tube presently installed.

Q: Has this WBox caused anyone any problems with leakage, cracks, etc. ?

Q: Is there any advantage to cutting back the outlet of the J-Pipe before re-installing into the RIVA WBox ?
I was reading some about residual water not being able to exit the WBox and possible "off-idle" back pressure causing irregular idle / performance.

Thank you in advance for any tips, advice, and insights.

    David

I've had no issues with mine... I love it! It was a bit of a pain in the ass to install though

Not necessary to cut j-pipe, that was for the gibson mufflers
Just blow it out when you get on the trailer before leaving the ramp.
