VTS Still not Working a 100%

OK, I replaced the motor. Seems to be only half my problem. When I press the switch down it works, nothing happens when it is pushed up. Any Ides?

I hear a clicking in the motors black box when pressed down, but nothing heard when i press up. I'm afraid it may be the black box now.
