    Best bunk setting for SHO!!!?

Dunno about other SHO owners but my hull is getting scratch like crazy, been looking at threads about the bunk placement for the SHO but cant find a picture of the bunks where they are supposed to be ? I bought those rubber pads that i put on top of my bunks but the hull is still getting scratch, Spent the weekend to adjust them cause i had them set on the chines and i saw online that it wasnt recommended to have it set like that but it seems like my hull is getting more scratches with the bunks sliding against the hull and not the chines.
So what is the best setting for me ???
Picture was my initial setting on the chines now i have the bunks more to the inside but still doesnt look right should i go more out or back on the chines ???
    thanks

You need to move them inward more, so they sit right inside those raised chines. Does that make sense?

I have mine in between the chines on the inside. Those plastic pieces themselves may be causing scratching. Also when I launch and put back on trailer I alwasys make sure the bunks are completely wet...even doing that the bottom will still get scuff marks...I am very anal about this stuff too but had to come to grips with the fact that these things take a beaten and you can only see the bottom when It's on the trailer...

i'll take a pic of the new setting more to the inside but it's even worst cause one side is in between the chines like you said but the other is like half on the chine.
Hard to explain i'll take a picture.
If anybody has a picture of the SHO hull sitting properly that would be great, i still cant believe how fragile is the ski.

I'm sorry, I meant between the chines. Forgot there was two on each side.

Sooner or later you will have to come to grips that the paint they used sucks and now its just wearing away. So set them for the safest ride home and sand the bottom occasionally.
