You can point the water hose in the grate all you want... there will never be any pressure in the pump to push it through your cooling system... if thats what you asking

you need to attach one hose to the flush port on the back of the ski, in the pump area.
if you want to run another hose?? for what??
    cooling rideplate??
you could just have it splashing water on top of the rideplate next to the pump housing, it doesnt have to be from underneath.
you do need to cool the carbon ring/ thru hull, if you want to run on the driveway for more than 2 minutes...
thats best done by filling the hull up with water to teh level of the driveshaft.
tell us why you want to put water in from underneath?? and how long do you want to run in the driveway for??
you dont need to do anyhting onther than flush hose if you are just flushing for 1 minute or so.

Sorry for the dumb question. I thought old school. I was thinking cooling. But this is not needed. Thanks for responding...
