Here are some pics of my friends 10 hour old true and welded hot rod crank. He is very lucky it did not take anything else out.

Hey Jim do these cranks get magnafluxed before they get trued and welded?

That is bad! Wonder what metals and what ratio of these metals they use to make these cranks?

1st EFI crank I have seen broken

That is not good to hear Jim we are all running these T/W hot rod cranks and no warranty once T/W, I think as many members from this board that are using there cranks they need to do something about this sorry to hear that hope it was just an isolated crank and were all not sitting on time bombs. Ron

Jim, is that the front one? I've seen several of these cranks snap up front like that. My orange GPR when I first bought it had the crank snapped like that.

well we have seen hot rod crank with problems in past ,it look like they skipped something here
look like crank was to hard here at snout ,
made in Taiwan /cheap - ya think poor economy has only hit here guess again

Thats RACIN! At least it is a big bore engine making big power and not a stock 1300..
