Saw a guy on a FX cruiser miss a big rock by inches Saturday he was going 60 mph and it would have sunk him if he did not see it.
Let us see pics of the repairs.

Pilo hit it on the head. Jumping boat wakes. I had a kick ass Sunday and was killing it off a few 50+' boats that were throwing us a trolling wake and watching us jump. Unfortunately the hull decided to let go.

It's mostly fixed now. Ground it all out and got to good glass, filled it with West System, and some 404 filler, and now laying up glass and then will add some gelcoat.

Oh, great... Looks like I won't be doing any of THAT from now on...

I have no desire to break my hull, or take on a repair job like that!

Maybe you should reinforce your hull along the inside over the winter. I did it to my stand up last year..I dont jump nearly as hard as you do. But atleast I know I have the capaibility.

    It was reinforced inside.

It's ground out now, has about 10 layers of glass to fill it, and is now gelcoated. Here's a pic of the glass repair. It almost split from side to side it looked like as well. We'll see how it goes this weekend, I plan to torture it.
