Getting water our of speedometer GP1200R
I have a 2000 GP1200R and the gauge/screen works perfectly there is just water inside of it making it near impossible to read, any suggestions on how to get this out??

anyone? I'm getting desperate to get this fixed so I might just take the gauge out and try to take it apart.

I had the same problem. Use a hair dryer it worked for me

^^^ Good idea. I wonder if you remove it whether there is a way to seal it with silicone? The PV motor has the same problem - the two halves of the case are not sealed. Maybe the instrument cluster has the same problem?

I never opened mine just heated it with a hair dryer until it cleared up.
I always have to do it with my cars headlights aswell because of our climate they always steam up
