What's a good oil change kit to buy??

I'll be doing my own oil changes and my 10 hour service is almost due. What's a good oil pump out kit to buy for Yamaha's?

Do I need to change the filter for the 10 hour service too or just the oil?

For my FZS, the service manual says the oil only at 10 hours and the filter at 100 hours (pg 3-1). I don't think I will be waiting that long. I kind of like the 10 hour schedule--oil is cheap although at some point I'll be switching to full-synthetic.

I would like to get one of the fluid extractors sold at the Green Hulk store. It's got to be much better than the one I used. Don't forget your cupon code is green hulk.

Don't get the Pella extractor, as the tube won't go make it around the corner to get all the oil on my SHO. I now have the Moeller (also marketed as the Oil Boy, which is a great unit.

No clue. I typed in oil extractor on Amazon and about 5 different models came up that look very simialar with only slight differences.

In reality its just a tube that sucks stuff up. Even $60 seems alike alot of money if you ask me. $90 is plain rediculous. Heck, why not use a turkey baster with some aquarium tube on the end? I'm only changing the oil once a year.

I tried something like you are talking about and it didn't work (didn't try the baster though ).

IMO you need a high quality oil extractor to suck the oil through the small dipstick.

Parts and hundreds... At least these don't get wadded-up like sleds to.
