04-05 metal washers now available
For installation you will want the service mounting plate and shaft holding tool:
You take the nut off of the back of the supercharger and remove everything off of the shaft. Be carfull when pulling the gear off as 40 needle bearings will drop out that you will have to reinstall so be careful you don't lose any.
Now just put the metal washers where the ceramics were and reassemble.
Use red loc tite on the nut and torque to 22 ft. lbs.

'06 washers should be available by the end of the week

. . . I thought you were only going to have them avaible for the 06 shafts, so us guys with the 04-05 would have to upgrade that too, did that change? Either way it doesnt matter to me anymore since I just installed mine this past weekend, but others might need this info.

Jerry, any additional info available on these, how hard are they, are they coated, etc?
