Your opinion OEM depth gauge or Hawkeye

Looking for pro's and con's about which depth gauge for a 2006 GTX.
Cost, dependability and installation are my concerns.

great question! I was just thinking the same thing. What is pushing more toward the hawkey was it has an alarm.

    I was looking at these

The alarm will go off if you are going to shallow. It's also made for PWC's and can still get readings at 70mph. Just mount it inside the hull and it can read right through it!
