    side draft carbs on my gp800 looking for pop off pressure

    never ran side draft manifold before looking for what pop off pressure to run , i allways had down draft carbs on my yamaha 760 so when i put my 48mm full specs on the gp800 it willnot run , i have a 2.00 needle and seat , 120 pilot and 135 main i am up to 35psi on the pop off thanks

    Which direction do you have the carbs mounted? Parallel or inline shaft to shaft? Ideal way to run them is parallel with the fule pumps facing forward. This is not always possible do to linkage availability, so pumps facing aft is the more common method. Pop off and jetting should not change for sidedraft from what you had.
