I used a roto zip looking bit on my dremel to cut the old mounts out. it worked perfect and i shaped the foam with a wizzer and a 60 grit disc. The threaded plates are actually the polaris ones I took out of the hull. The holes lines up with the seadoo mounts

The last pic is all the extra room in the back corner. Im probably going to stick the battery and heat exchanger back there. I also cut the deck to put the seadoo bars on. I just have to figure out where the fuse block is going. How Im going to add oil being the oil cap is too close to the hull. and the exact position the water box has to fit in. I also have to shave down the drive shaft for the polaris seal

what are you doing about the oil fill? I was actually thinking of runing a hose up to where the 2 stroke oil cap goes and filling it that way

Just fill it through the filter top.

i can barely get the cap off let alone fit a funnel in there ha ha

Just got this in the mail today. I was a little disappointed because i thought it was billet but its still a nice piece. It will need to be trimmed a lil on the inside to match it up to the charger perfectly

Thanks. Im trying to make this a clean swap. I still have to clean up around the mounts before I paint the bilge but right now Im working on dry fitting everything. All this small shit adds up
