I found a sweet low hour FX140 that the hull was trashed but the motor is in fine. My wifes ski 2003 GP1300r just blew up after 300+ hours of loyal service. So what to do? Its a perfect time to switch it over to a 4 stroke. Plan is simple...... Pull out the 1300 motor and electronics install the FX140 motor and electronics maybe a prop and angle the ride plate a little. My wife ski runs 68-70 now so i am hoping for the same we shall see. pictures to come.

Got the reverse system working.... It works great for now I have a handle on the end of the cable but I am looking for an electic 12v motor to push/pull it it doesnt take much to make it work

I don't mean to high-jack your thread, but I was thinking about a GPGTX-NA, right now im getting 65 on my stock seadoo with a full tank. What kind of gains could I see from this type of conversion with a yama pump and the gains from a seadoo pump?
