Ski is finally put back together and ready for warmer weather and testing. I found a new used dispaly, I bought a prop for racketman, and clean up a buch of small things on the ski.

Hey man, I'm considering this conversion for my 03GPR. question: besides cutting the bottom like you show on the pic, what other structural mods were needed to fit the engine? how about connecting the engine to the pump shaft, do they align? do you have more pics? and finally, what speeds are you hitting with this set up?
