4tec conversion. Engine temp. Questuons

On my Kawasaki ultra 250 with 215hp 4tec set up I am seeing 80??c (179??F) at wot. Temp measured at the stock coolant temp sensor location. Stock 87??c (188??f) stat
Has anyone got a definitive enfine temp for the 215 4tec motor. I have a 2006 rxp here might get the temp gauge in it and see.

i see 83-84 on my ski...

Looks to be right on. I see 82 , 84 under high revs.
