Here is the set-up that I use and is untouched since install. Temps have remained rock solid with 25+ hours.

Why would you put a pisser between the intercooler an the exhaust? Wouldn't you want as much water as possible going to the exhaust to cool it?
Just my .2 cents.

But then again it would be smart to put it there so you would know that water is circulating from the intercooler to the exhaust, sorry.

can some one please tell me where i can get a HEAT X to buy for my gprxp conversion ?? And i am tryin to locate the TDR water box for the same conversion .. I looked one the TDR website but i dnt see it :s

What 'Water' pump are you using to circulate the engine cooling system or are you using the standard water pump?

The "water in" in your diagram comes from the transom. Can you run that from the pump strainer like in the jetworks mod or is it coming from somewhere else?
