Honda F-12X Repair Manual or Help

Ski started off running 45mph, then 35, then 25... now 1500RPM is about all it will do in the water. Is there a repair manual I can get for troubleshooting the ski. I got a flashing FI warning and what looked like a temperature warning when I put it in the water and rode it for a couple of minutes. I replaced the spark plugs but can't find information on the ski. I'd like to check the fuel pressure as I believe that is the problem. Help is appreciated. I am working on this ski for my cousin.
