05 honda fx-12 want start!

Hey guys whats up? Newby here. Today i just got my first jet ski. 05 honda fx-12 turbo. Well the guy i got it from just had it serviced: oil change, plugs, etc. Well when i baught it from him it wouldnt start. He installed a new battery and it turns over fine. Well i got it anyways and figured i could fix it. Imma pretty good mechanic. Well i checked everything: fuses, plugs, oil, and fuel. I started at fuel pump and took it out cleaned it and it looked really good. touched a hot wire to it and grounded it and it turned up pumped fine. Cleaned lines and injectors and rails. Went to fire it up it wouldnt do anything. I took line off at rail and it was pumping fuel great! Hooked it up and tried again. NOthing! Checked line again and this time it wasnt spraying any fuel. Im thinking some sort of relay or something. Called HONDA today and they said try spraying starting fluid to see what it does. Done that and it fired right up. So im pretty certain its a fuel issue. What do u guys recommend? Thanks.

So injectors r not firing ? And spark os firing ? Compression is realy high u certain it fired from spark?

im not sure if the injectors are firing or not. I took each one out and cleaned them personally and they seemed fine. I have spark from each coil and plug. I checked by grounding the plug out. When i sprayed starting fluid in it. It set there and idled fine until it ran out of fluid. Its got to be a fuel issue or it wouldnt start and idle almost perfect i would think. I had fuel spraying from the main fuel line and now it want pump no fuel. What about a fuel pump relay or something. Where would that be?

checked it this morning. Cant hear fuel pump prime or anything. I know the fuel pump is good. Where is a relay for it located at?

not sure o the f . But ski /ecu has a main relay thay many have had issues with that keeps ski from starting but it usualy will not turnover. I would run a bot wire to fuel pump and see if thats it i would even add a fuel pressure gauge inline. I would verify thats working first

ok here is an udate. Took and jump a wire to the fuel pump and jet ski fired right up and idled normal. Finally found the main relay box and it is plugged in fine. I think its the problem. Only thing i can figure out is the fuel pump will not prime or turn on when u try to start it. Fuse is good. Got to be a bad relay right?

Im not sure if fuel pump has its own relay or not but i would try to find a manual and a schematic of the wiring . It would come in handy

ok i had a guy from this site send me a email me a copy of a manual earlier. Ill check it out right now. Thanks for all the help.

ok looked over the manual and seen a few things to check out. Went back at it and plugged main relay back in and it fired right up. Has fired up everytime since. Idles great revs really nice and smooth. Maybe the red fuel pump connector came loose some. I dont know. Should i still replace the relay?

replaced main relay withe new one and took ski out for a test ride. Very happy with it ran great! Can really feel that turbo when it kicks in. Ok i have one more question for u guys. What would be the best thing to do with my turbo and wastegate? turbo looks a lil rusty and wastegate as well.

Found another problema today. Wastegate actuator want push the rod on the turbo. I painted the turbo like in your thread. When i was ridin It It wouldn go over 23 mph. Like It was not making boost or something.

Put a pressure tester on It and could not get It to move. How do u take the rod loose from the turbo? Can u take the Wastegate apart? Thanks guys.
