Thinking about buying a Honda?? Opinions please

Hi Guys, I have a Polaris ski right now, it is a 1999 SLTH, I have been toying around with buying a second ski, and am thinking about the Honda 3 place. I am a little worried about all the turbo charge issues I hear about them. Are the Honda's reliable? I would probably be in the 2004-2006 years money wise. I would be using this in salt water only as I have a place in the Keys. Is the non turbo that much more reliable? Also I realize I am on a Honda forum but should I be looking at other Manufactures also? My mechanic keeps telling me to look at Yamaha? I had a Honda 225 outboard on my last boat and I really loved it, quiet great on gas, maintenance, and it was really reliable, thus my interest in Honda. Also forgot to ask how you like the ride of the Honda's? Thanks. Mike

I just bought a 2005 F12x and it needed a little tlc but for the most part be sure to take it out first and check the turbo.

Ever consider a 'Closed Loop' SeaDoo? That cooling system keeps the salt water out of the engine.

The Honda hull is very playful and most Honda owners really like them. You do have to do corrosion control on the Hondas, especially in salt.

Thanks guys, I have not considered the SeaDoos, maybe I should? I guess I thought the Seadoos had the worst reps. Unfortunately my skis may sit for a month or two between uses as this is my vacation home, I did buy a 2 gallon pressure sprayer that I mix a rust preventative after each use now, I learned the hard way.
