Current Mods: Garrett GT3076R Ball Bearing Turbo, Precision 38mm WG, Riva Gen 3 IC, Skat-Trak 15.5/22.5, Speed-freak Bellow Band, ID1000's injectors, V-tech Data Logger, V-tech Maptunner, RRFPR, CMD with Auto Tune and a few more to much to list.
So far 30+ hours of trouble free ass whipping turbo fun. -

Mbc on and set to 16 psi no more surge of power, the power feels even all the way threw the rpm range to 6350

just found this and it could be a good solution to a piggy back to adjust MAP volatge ,ignition,afr, adding more fuel and even datta logging built it

Straight pipe home maid with some help from a friend with a lathe mill done.
I used this as a reference to see how a 90* would look before I went ahead and bend a aluminum tube for the actual exhaust and I later maid a 90* with the left over rubber exhaust hose, I auction got 1 90* and a 45* out of that hose, I them used a 3 inch for the outside diameter to complete the water jacket . It ended up looking something like the last picture just with a nice shinny finish and a pipe down the middle to direct the exhaust and prevent water from running back Into the exhaust while off and prevent damage to the turbo and even hydrolock

Hey thanks for the reply. Its not just the shipping, the exchange rate isnt very nice right now either. I would be looking at atleast 1100 bucks shipped to my door for just the intercooler.
I might bite the bullet and do it soon tho. Have a couple buddies with rxts that i would like to beat in a race, lol.Comment
