  • Problems 310r chocking issues power cut

Ski will not pass 6000rpm , not seeing over 6 to 8 psi Of boost before power cut. Every time you get on throttle ski just chocks and cut power.
Ski has full R&D stage 3 kit with 16 psi pulley kit with upgrade fuel pump free flow exhaust plus intake kit.. Fuel pressure is set at 40 psi with 1:1 ratio FRP
Checked supercharger belt its tight greased pivot bearing. Changed water box put fresh set of spark plugs. Swap plug wires from a 300x swapped voltage regulator.

Put brand new battery. Has wideband O2 kit and TTO

Checked intercooler clean. Drain fuel tank put fresh 93. Did compression test got 154 to 157 on the cylinders. Dealer check electrical system no codes.

Ski has R&D ECU FLASH for 93 octane with 16psi tune. Swapped ecu with 310se and 300x. Same problem same range of boost and rpm

Totally ran out of item to check for. Have no clue at this point!!

Think we are going to junk the ski. Its a 2014 with 91 hours

what is the FUEL pressure doing when issue occurs ?
when was the pivot last checked for 100% free movement ....
People who believe in the faulty piston scandel obviously voted for Creepy Joe.... FYI the world isn't ending in 12years you idiots

I rebuild the pivot bearing last weekend. Its flexing well now. It was stuck before I popped it out and greased!! The fuel pressure drops back down to 40psi during power cut. It raises up 1psi fuel to 1psi of boost!

No .. it's in the fuel pump..

With 91 hrs on the ski highly unlikely it's a clogged filter..

Not true. I just got a machine that had 40 hours on it and the fuel tank had gel on the bottom of it. Clogged everything in its path. I had to drain the crappy gas out and scoop the gel out and then clean it really good. Put a new pump in it and also cleaned the injectors on my injector cleaning machine. Fired right up. It was at 3 shops and a dealer. Owner gave up and sold it to me. Sorry to highjack.

My assessment of a 91 hr ski is one that is basically maintained that the owner or former owner took care of it at least the bare minimums like cleaned IC,exhaust filter inspection or change ,winterizing fogging cyls and stabilizing fuel ..

Fuel that's been left in the ski untreated or not completely removed for a season or years regardless of hrs ,ski can have 5 hrs on it you could have problems..

That ski was not maintained or cared about..
