Pretty good. You may need to also use a brush for greasy stuff. What I have found is that stuff inside the hull that I think is grease is sometimes mold and this stuff works great without being full powered bleach.
Back in the day, Rend Corporation (based in my hometown) used to sell soap pucks that you just put in your hull. When the 'Ski took on some water and bounced around, it worked like the heavy cycle on your washing machine.
