Did you ever find exact problem of why it's cutting out after letting off throttle. My 07 250x is starting doing the same thing.

    Hi ghost.
Im not sure if you got your ski fixed yet?
I had the the exact same issue as you.
As i got 2 skies, i swapped throttle bodies over but didn't fix it.
So that tells me that a new throttle body isn't the answer.
I chatted to Waz (Sirbreaksalot) about it. He talked me through it but im not mechanically minded so I took it to him.
He fixed it in around 20 minutes.
I asked him to contact you to help you out.
Last i spoke to him he said you wouldn't give up your number.
    Are you insane.
He's prepared to take time out of his scedual and the cost of calling you from another country to talk you or someone you trust through the fix.
Why wouldn't you take him up on that offer?
The fix for this issue is not in Kawasaki's manuals, that's why your having no luck.
If its not fixed, good luck.

Check the valves. Check the valves. Check the valves. You need a 10MM to pull the cover, and a feeler gauge. I don't know if the 15F and the 250s are the same, but the 15F specs are 0.15mm - 0.24 intake, and 0.22mm - 0.31mm. Pull the plugs, and you can bump the starter to get the cams in the right place to check the clearance.

Ok, while on the trailer: Take off the seat, Start the engine then shut it down. If you DON'T hear a grinding/ Servo motor kinda noise after a few seconds of being shut down then order part number 16172-3705.
If you do hear that sound then your problem is elsewhere, but most likely it's this as it's super common. Also, report back with your findings..

P/S. If you find you need the above referenced part, also order 92055-3773. The old O-Ring material likes to swell up and it's a pain to get it back in and a waste of time for how cheap a new one is..
