I found an online Data Matrix online decoder that will take an image and decode the 4 coefficients for you.

Very cool, thank you! That will save me a lot of time. I'll just give my customers homework to do to get their images scanned

FYI, often I need to repair the images to correct for damaged areas etc. I use a program like MS Paint to edit the images.

I expect this would also work nicely for Polaris Ficht fuel injector barcode decoding.

I used xcell to recreate my badly scratched up barcodes then copied it to a Paint.net paint program saved it then uploaded the image to the website.

If you make a mistake it will say no barcode found I double checked to ensure the serial Number matches the one in the matrix code.

Rename the Excel file extension to .PDF, then you can upload it as an attachment here.

Just say in the post that you did that, so the next guy knows to reverse the file name extension rename

just rename it to .xlsx extension

Just edit the current barcode to match yours by using the clear section or black fill!
