I used xcell to recreate my badly scratched up barcodes then copied it to a Paint.net paint program saved it then uploaded the image to the website.

If you make a mistake it will say no barcode found I double checked to ensure the serial Number matches the one in the matrix code.

Very cool, thank you! That will save me a lot of time. I'll just give my customers homework to do to get their images scanned

FYI, often I need to repair the images to correct for damaged areas etc. I use a program like MS Paint to edit the images.

I found an online Data Matrix online decoder that will take an image and decode the 4 coefficients for you.
